1 Overhead wire display tension and traction control criterion


1.1 Meet the safety clearance requirements for obstacles by overhead wires

When the conductors are displayed, the clearance between the conductors and the obstructions and the objects to be crossed shall meet the requirements of safety standards. The obstructions mainly refer to the equipment such as power lines, communication lines, roads, railways, rivers, bridges, houses, etc. The building should also meet the corresponding clearance in the air to prevent the wires from affecting the equipment or the building below or causing the wires to be worn. This requires a suitable tension on the wire, so that the wire is emptied to the required height.


1.2 Meet the fragmented safety requirements

The smaller the wire tension, the smaller the stress on the various parts of the overhead line, and the safer the aerial line (referring to machinery and equipment, ground anchors, pay-off pulleys, wire ropes, connectors, spanners, etc.); the higher the safety The less secure the lines are. However, if the tension is too small, it cannot guarantee the safety interval requirements of obstacles for overhead wires, and even cause mopping. Therefore, under the premise of satisfying the fragmented safety of overhead lines and the space between overhead wires and obstructions, the tension of the deployment should be as small as possible.


1.3 Can be used abundantly without mechanical equipment

The tension of the wire is obtained through the application of machinery and equipment at both ends of the wire section. When setting the tension and traction, it is necessary to fully consider the functions of the equipment. After correctly calculating the required tension and traction, the appropriate display technology is used. So that existing equipment can meet process requirements.


1.4 Try to increase wire loss

The smaller the wire stretch tension and the more slack the wire is, the larger the required wire length and the more losses are formed. 2 Calculation principles and methods

The extension tension and traction of overhead wires are based on the following two principles:

1 The axial tension of the overhead line at the high suspension point of the line is equal to the axial tension of the overhead line at the low suspension point and the vertical gravity of the overhead line at the vertical difference between the two suspension points. The axial tension of the overhead line at the low suspension point of the line is equal to the axial tension of the overhead line at the high suspension point minus the vertical gravity of the overhead line at the vertical difference between the two suspension points.


2 Affected by the frictional resistance of the line pulley, the axial tension of the tractor side where the wire is tangent to the pulley is equal to the product of the axial tension of the wire on the tension machine side and the friction coefficient of the pulley.
